Don loves the excitement of developing a new customer in the purchase of a new vehicle, playing a role in the purchase of a new home, or assisting with the complex insurance needs of a local business. His stated goal is to ensure the customers have the right coverage at a great value.

Nuvia Villeda has been in the Customer Service Industry since 2016. She started at Parrott Canvas Company and slowly worked her way to the insurance industry. She enjoys working here because she loves to see the satisfaction of our customers with our services. Her goal is to continue making our customers happy, provide the best service and help translate for the Hispanic community.

Chris has been in the insurance business since 1988 when he left teaching and coaching in public schools to open an Allstate Agency in Greenville. In 2001 he opened an independent insurance agency representing Erie Insurance along with several other carriers. Chris has always built his insurance agencies on personal relationships between our staff and our customers.
